I. If you have a problem with someone/something
A. Talk to an officer in game.
B. Post about it on the boards.

II. General Guidelines
A. Obscenities/Excessive insulting in /W and/or /General
1. This will not be tolerated by the officers as these actions reflect poorly on the guild as a whole . Three strikes and you’re out.
2. Extreme cases will be reviewed by the officers and can be grounds for banishment.

B. Selling items
1.You have the right to do whatever you want with your items!
2. Being greedy will get you no respect or promotions but you still retain the right. Do not auction the item without at least telling that guildy why you will not sell to them, give them a chance to negotiate instead of outright blowing them off. This is considered bad form and you may be warned.

C. Raids
1. This is guild activity everyone should join in on!
2. This is not required, but is a lot of fun and helps you learn to play your character.
3. There is a reason why the raid leader is called the raid leader . While suggestions are appreciated, giving orders or saying things such as "lets just go" over and over do not help.

D. In guild conflicts!
1. Never insult or slander a guildmate unless they can handle a joke!
EX: Musclez: Cyrix is a gimp newb. Cyrix: Your face is a gimp newb.
See, both of these guys are happy and nobody left the guild!
2. If you do have an actual problem work it out with the person or get assistance from an officer.
3. Always remember, it is hard to convey a joking tone and sarcasm via text. If someone says something offensive, consider they may have been trying to simply joke around. Additionally, consider what you type, some people can seriously mis-understand your intent and something that seems small and silly to you can easily get blown out of proportion.

E. Hacking
1. We do not tolerate this. If we find out, you will be kicked as well as reported.

F. Excessive complaining or Newbery.
1. In Perseverance we try to help people out as much as possible with things, but if something doesn't go your way the first time please don't make a fuss. Instead, come to the forums to either arrange a date to get the help you need, or complain about whatever it is that needs complaining.
2. Spamming comments like OMGZ THIS LVL 2 SWORD IS TEH PWN!!!!ONE111ELEVEN is really annoying.
3. If we catch this it’s ok we will let ya know. We mean well, I promise!!!
4. Its still ok to be a newb just don’t flaunt it!

G. Guildmate Hate
1. NO, NO AND NO! This is going to not be pretty if it happens.
2. If you have a problem work it out, don't yell at each other over guild chat until it forces us to boot someone.
3. Speak to IC. if the person is an IC speak to a different one

H. Guild Craftsman
1. If you ask someone to make something for you, it is at their convienience. They may not have some, or any of the materials required. Demanding will get you no where.
2. The best method to get something done, is send an in game mail with what you need, the craftsman will reply with what parts they will need you to gather. Keep in mind, we generally do not charge beyond the cost of materials... generally.
